Begin with the Mass and season
Confirm the date, celebration and liturgical season. Check parish guidance before choosing music.
Choose music for each part
Prepare the entrance, ordinary parts, Psalm, offertory, communion and recessional music. Add more than one song where the celebration requires it.
Share practice materials
Attach lyrics only when permitted and share approved scores, recordings or rehearsal links from the choir song list. Members should be able to find the final materials without asking the same questions repeatedly.
Publish one final list
Keep the programme as a draft while leaders prepare it. Publish it when ready so members receive one clear version.
