Choir coordinator
The coordinator keeps the choir organised, follows up on decisions, supports other Excos and helps members work together. The coordinator should see the broad picture without doing every task alone.
Music director
The music director plans rehearsals, prepares Mass song selections, manages the song list and helps singers improve. Music information should be published early enough for members to prepare.
Secretary
The secretary keeps notices, meeting decisions, event information and important choir records clear. Good records make communication and leadership handovers easier.
Financial secretary and treasurer
Finance Excos record dues, payments, income and expenses accurately. Members should see their own balances, while full choir financial records remain available to permitted leaders.
